Exchange rates do not change the amount you pay, and your bank charges no conversion fee. ### Three ways to pay SBP and Mir cards work with Russian banks. Create an account Sign up in the client area and confirm your email with the link from the message. 2. Choose a plan and location Pick the configuration, operating system and period. DE-RZ9 plans are discounted for 3, 6 or 12 months. 3. Pay in roubles Choose SBP, a Mir card or cryptocurrency and confirm the payment. 4. Check reachability Connect to the server and check the connection from your network. If your operator cannot reach the address, contact support. ## Frequently asked questions ### Do I need documents to order? No. Signing up and confirming your email is enough. Servers are issued to individuals, and we do not provide closing documents for legal entities. ### What if the IP address is blocked in Russia? Russian providers block individual addresses while the server itself keeps working. You can order a new IPv4 address for 150 ₽ a month in the IP addresses section and make it the main one. ### Can I pay from another country? Yes. If you have no Russian card, pay in [cryptocurrency](https://f3cloud.com/en/vps-crypto), and the plan price stays the same. ### Can I get a refund if the server does not suit me? Refunds cover the time when the server was down through our fault.
