1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

We collect only what is needed to provide the services, issue invoices and protect the platform.

• Account data: name or organisation name, e-mail address, country, password as a hash.
• Payment data: invoice and payment history, the last four digits of the card and its type. Full card details are processed by the payment provider; we never receive them.
• Usage data: the list of servers, their configurations, traffic consumed, actions in the control panel.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, request times – in the website and panel logs.
• Correspondence: support requests and our replies.

3. Fraud prevention

At registration and payment we automatically check for signs of fraud: matches with previously blocked accounts, use of anonymising networks, a mismatch between the card country and the address. An order may be held for manual review.

If an automated decision has restricted your access to the services, you may contest it by writing to support: a member of staff will review it.

4. Why we process data

Each purpose has a legal basis.

• Providing the services and support – performance of the contract.
• Invoicing and accounting – performance of the contract and legal obligations.
• Protecting the platform, preventing abuse and fraud – legitimate interest.
• Notifications about maintenance, changes to the terms and invoices – performance of the contract.
• Service news by e-mail – your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Whom we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Only the contractors without whom the service cannot be provided receive it, and only to the extent necessary.

• Data-centre operators and upstream carriers – technical data needed to route traffic and respond to incidents.
• Payment providers – data needed to process a payment or refund.
• The e-mail service – the address and content of notifications.
• Government authorities – on a lawful and substantiated request.

6. International transfers

Servers and data are located in the European Union. If a contractor is outside it, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep data

• Account data – while the account exists, and 30 days after closure.
• Server data – 14 days after the service ends.
• Invoices and payments – 6 years, as required by accounting and tax law.
• Website and panel logs – 90 days.
• Support correspondence – 2 years.
• E-mail confirmation and password-reset links – 24 hours.

8. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Most data can be viewed and changed in the control panel; for the rest, write to the address above. We reply within 30 days.

9. Deleting your account

The account can be deleted from the control panel. Data is erased within 30 days, except invoices and payment history, which we must keep by law, and records needed to prevent repeated abuse.

10. Security

Passwords are stored as hashes, sessions are protected by tokens with a limited lifetime, and two-factor authentication is available. Connections to the website and the panel are encrypted. Staff access to data is limited by role and logged.

We do not look inside your virtual machines except where expressly agreed with you or required by law.

11. Right to complain

If you believe we process data unlawfully, you may complain to the data-protection authority of your country. We would appreciate it if you wrote to us first – most issues are resolved directly.

Material changes are announced by e-mail. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
