The discount is applied automatically when you choose the billing period at checkout and covers the DE-RZ9 plans. Period discounts do not apply to the DE-PROMO promotional plan.

Yes. We provide a free trial server for 24 hours. It works just like a regular server, with full administrator rights. During this time you can test performance, run your scripts and make sure the server suits your tasks.

The trial is available on the DE-PROMO, DE-RZ9-1 and DE-RZ9-2 plans, once per customer. To get it, add the plan you want to the cart and open a ticket in the client area. In the ticket, briefly describe what you need the server for and how you heard about us. Requests are reviewed within three days.

When the trial ends, the server is suspended, and once paid it keeps running with the same data and IP address. You can read more about the terms in our knowledge base.

Please note that at times of high demand the trial server may be temporarily unavailable.

All F3 Cloud servers run on KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine). It is a hardware virtualisation technology that delivers high performance, reliable isolation and stable operation under load.

Each KVM virtual machine gets its own operating system kernel and dedicated CPU, memory and NVMe storage resources. Other customers do not affect how your server runs and have no access to your data.

Unlike OpenVZ, where all servers share one kernel, KVM lets you install any operating system, including Windows, change the kernel and run Docker. That makes KVM suitable for almost any task, from a small website to a VPN or high-load services.

There is no limit. You can create as many servers as your projects need and manage them all from one client area.

We support both popular Linux distributions and Windows, so you can choose a system for any task, from websites and development to business services.

Available Linux distributions are Ubuntu 20.04, 22.04, 24.04 and 26.04, Debian 11, 12 and 13, CentOS Stream 9 and 10, AlmaLinux 8, 9 and 10, and Oracle Linux 8 and 9. FreeBSD 13 and 14 can also be installed.

On the Windows side, Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 and 2025 are available, and Windows Server 2019 also comes in a Russian-language edition. Windows can be installed on every plan except DE-PROMO and DE-RZ9-1. The system gives one CPU core entirely to its own service processes, so on single-core servers Windows does not run efficiently.

Yes. DDoS protection is included in the price of every server, so there is nothing to enable or pay for separately.

The filtering system blocks malicious traffic and lets only legitimate requests through to your server. This protects your projects from most common types of attacks and keeps the server running reliably.

A server is deployed within 2 minutes of payment, so you can start working almost immediately.

If you selected additional software when ordering, its installation will take a little longer. Even then, the server will be ready to use in a short time.

Yes. You can move to a more powerful plan at any time in the client area or with the help of our support team. All data and the server IP address are kept.

The DE-PROMO promotional plan can also be upgraded to any DE-RZ9 plan.

Moving to a plan with fewer resources is not possible, because the size of a virtual disk cannot be reduced.

Yes, the traffic allowance depends on the plan you choose. The limit is shown for each plan in the VPS servers section.

If the limit runs out, additional traffic is charged separately at 150 ₽ per 1 TB.

We accept payment via SBP, by bank card, including Mir cards, and in cryptocurrency.

Yes, refunds are available.

If the server was unavailable through the fault of F3 Cloud, we will refund the downtime period. Payments for the DE-PROMO plan are non-refundable.
