What the trial includes
Full root access
The trial server is no different from a paid one. You can install any software and try your own workloads on it.
Three plans
A trial is available on the DE-PROMO, DE-RZ9-1 and DE-RZ9-2 plans. Choose the one you plan to use after the trial.
Your data stays
Once paid, the server keeps running with the same data and IP address, so there is nothing to reinstall.

Within a day you can measure speed and ping from your region and make sure the network suits your tasks.

Sign up
Create an account in the client area and confirm your email address, otherwise you cannot place an order.

Add a server to the cart
Choose the DE-PROMO, DE-RZ9-1 or DE-RZ9-2 plan, configure the server and click "Add to cart" instead of "Pay".

Contact support
Open a ticket in the client area. Briefly describe what you need the server for and how you heard about us.

Get your server
Requests are reviewed within 3 days. Once the server is activated, the connection details are sent by email.
Trial terms
What to know before you request a trial
- The trial server runs for 24 hours from activation.
- A trial is provided once per customer and per account.
- A trial is available on the DE-PROMO, DE-RZ9-1 and DE-RZ9-2 plans.
- At times of high demand we may decline a trial if there are not enough free resources.
- When the trial ends, the server is suspended. Once paid, it keeps running with the same data and IP address.
- The data of a suspended server is kept for 48 hours and may be deleted after that.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay or add a card for the trial?
No. The server is added to the cart without payment, and a support engineer activates the trial after reviewing your request.
What happens when the trial ends?
After 24 hours the server is suspended. If it suits you, pay for it in the client area and it keeps running with the same data and IP address. There is no need to reinstall anything.
Why might a trial be declined?
A trial is not provided twice, and at times of high demand it may be temporarily unavailable. We will let you know our decision in reply to your ticket.
How can I pay for the server after the trial?
You can pay via SBP or with a Mir card, in cryptocurrency or from your client area balance.
