Funds reach your client area balance as soon as the payment system confirms the payment. There is no need to contact support.

Pick a plan, an operating system and a billing period. The period discount on DE-RZ9 plans is applied automatically.

Choose SBP or a Mir card and confirm the payment in your bank app.

The server is created within 2 minutes. The IP address, login and password are sent by email and shown in the client area.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay for a server from Russia?
Yes. We accept payments in roubles via SBP and by Mir card, as well as in cryptocurrency. The servers are located in Germany.
When is the payment credited?
Funds are credited automatically as soon as the payment system confirms the payment. The server is then created straight away, which usually takes no more than 2 minutes.
Can I top up my balance in advance?
Yes. You can add funds to your client area balance and use them for new orders and renewals. With auto-renewal turned on, the server renews itself as long as the balance is sufficient.
Is there a discount for longer periods?
Yes, DE-RZ9 plans are 5% cheaper when paid for 3 months, 10% for 6 months and 15% for 12 months. Period discounts do not apply to the DE-PROMO plan.
Can I try a server before paying?
Yes, we provide a free trial server for 24 hours on the DE-PROMO, DE-RZ9-1 and DE-RZ9-2 plans. The terms are described on the VPS with a free trial page.
