Where exactly is the server?
In Germany. The IP addresses and DDoS protection run through the TornadoDC FRA1 data centre near Frankfurt.
Is the server reachable from Russia?
Yes, the servers are reachable from Russian networks. Russian providers may block individual IP addresses, which is outside our control. In that case you can order a new IPv4 address for 150 ₽ a month and make it the main one.
How can I check the speed to the server?

Does it suit work with European services?
