What a Windows VPS includes
Activation at no extra cost
Windows activates automatically after installation. There is no separate charge for the system, you pay only for the plan.
Remote desktop
You connect over RDP with the built-in Windows client, an app for macOS or a mobile client. The login details are sent by email.
Resources sized for Windows
Windows itself uses part of the CPU and memory, so plans from DE-RZ9-2 with 2 vCPU and 4 GB of memory suit it best.
NVMe storage
The system and your programs run on NVMe, from 60 GB on DE-RZ9-2 up to 480 GB on DE-RZ9-16.
VNC console in the client area
If RDP is unavailable, the client area has a VNC console that lets you log in and fix the settings.

How to launch a Windows VPS
From order to desktop

Choose a plan and a system
In the client area, pick a plan from DE-RZ9-2 and the Windows version you need in the list of operating systems.

Pay for the server
You can pay via SBP, by Mir card or in cryptocurrency. The system installation starts automatically.

Get your login details
Once the server is active, the IP address, user name and administrator password are sent by email.

Connect over RDP
Open Remote Desktop Connection, enter the IP address and sign in with the administrator account.
Frequently asked questions
Which Windows versions can I install?
Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 and 2025. You choose the version when ordering and can reinstall the system from the control panel later.
Do I need to do anything to activate it?
No. Windows activates automatically after installation, and there is no separate charge for the system.
Which plan should I choose?
For one user and office software, DE-RZ9-2 with 2 vCPU and 4 GB of memory is enough. If the server runs a browser with many tabs, development tools or trading terminals, choose DE-RZ9-4 or DE-RZ9-8.
Can I move to a bigger plan?
Yes. You can upgrade in the client area or through support, and your data and IP address stay the same. Downgrading is not possible because the server disk cannot shrink.
What if RDP does not connect?
Check the IP address and password from the email, then log in through the VNC console in the client area. Detailed steps are in the guide on connecting over RDP.
