Payments go through the Heleket service. Besides USDT, you can use Bitcoin, Ethereum and other coins, and choose the network on the payment page.

How to pay for a server in cryptocurrency

Four steps from sign-up to a running server

  1. Place an order

    Sign up in the client area and choose a plan, an operating system and a billing period.

  2. Choose Heleket

    Choose Heleket as the payment method, then the coin and the network. The payment page shows the wallet address and the exact amount.

  3. Send the exact amount

    Send the invoice amount to the address shown, on the network selected in the invoice. If you send from an exchange, allow for its withdrawal fee.

  4. Wait for confirmation

    Once the network confirms the transfer, the funds are credited to your balance and the server is created automatically. The connection details are sent by email.

Which cryptocurrencies can I use?
Payments go through the Heleket payment service. On the payment page you can choose USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum and other coins available in Heleket, as well as the network for the transfer.
How long does crediting take?
The payment is credited automatically once the network confirms the transaction. Confirmation time depends on the coin and on network load.
What if the payment arrives short?
Send exactly the amount shown on the payment page. If you send coins from an exchange, make sure the withdrawal fee does not reduce the amount transferred. If a payment still arrives short, contact support and we will help sort it out.
Can I pay for renewals in cryptocurrency?
Yes. Cryptocurrency can be used for new orders, server renewals and client area balance top-ups. For payments in roubles, SBP and Mir cards are also available.
Which network should I send coins on?
You choose the network on the Heleket payment page together with the coin. Send the transfer on the network shown in the invoice. If a transfer went out on a different network, contact support.
